Gypsum, being lighter than traditional construction materials like sand, cement, and lime mixture mortars, reduces the load on buildings, resulting in cost savings on transportation. Additionally, its lightweight nature enables quicker application in a single layer, saving both time and effort
Before starting the application, particularly the burrs on the concrete and gross concrete surfaces should be cleaned/ Spiral may be used for this work
Prelimiary Preparations
Dust and particles preventing grabbing on the surface should be cleaned.
Surface Finish With Plaster Lathe
If lathing is done, surface finish is done by pressing upwards on the plaster lathes with aluminium knife template.
Consistency
The mortar in the basin is mixed so that there remains no pellets until it reaches to the consistency of dough for application.
Sprinkling
DURO100 is started to be sprinkled into the water in the container. Water/plaster rate is 10 kg DURO100 for a water of 6-6.5 ft/
Sprinkling
Sprinkling is continued until DURO100 covers the winter surface.
Preparation of Mixture Water
Water is poured into the gypsum container.
During adhesion, the lathes are aligned and gauged.
Caution!!!
Do not mix DURO100 with any product or material other than DURO100 plasters
In application without plaster lathe, the vertical and horizontal gauge of the surface should be checked.
